Robert
Reiff
Robert Reiff graduated from Pace University in
1973 with a BBA in marketing. Upon graduation, he went directly
into professional commercial photography which had been a serious
hobby until then. Robert had two studios in N.Y.C. from 1973 to
1979 specializing in fashion photography for catalogues and name
designers.
In 1979 Robert relocated to Los Angeles where he continued to freelance
in photography shooting large production illustrative sets for Slam,
a humor magazine. This involved all phases of production with a
large staff and studio. In 1981 he moved on and began shooting architecture,
aerials and interiors worldwide for builders, designers, resorts
and Magazines. In addition Robert started shooting extensive landscape
and car photography for use in calendars and stock photography for
FPG ( Freelance Photographers Guild ) where he has been an active
photographer since 1980.
In 1986 Robert began shooting for Muscle & Fitness, Flex and
Mens Fitness magazines published by Joe Weider. He is currently
shooting for them and is their lead photographer specializing in
all aspects of Health and Fitness. This includes: physique photography,
sports, exercise, illustrative situations, food, tabletop product,
swimwear layouts covers and more. This specialty along with his
high reputation and notoriety has lead to an extensive client base
in the Fitness Industry.
In 1994 he formed MagicLight Productions to service
the fitness and food industry. Serving as C.E.O., Robert continues
to be a driving force in commercial photography. You can check out
